Janet Bardini received her Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, New York and her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now Pacific College of Health and Science), New York. Licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Dr. Bardini is a Board Certified Diplomat in Oriental Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Her studies of Chinese Medicine have taken her to Beijing, where she studied with practitioner and published author Dr. Wang Ju-Yi. Dr. Bardini has also studied with noted Chinese Medicine practitioners such as Jeffrey Yuen, Mazin Al-Khafaji, Lillian Bridges, and Virginia Doran. Dr Bardini has specialty training in pain management, dermatology, fertility and facial rejuvenation.
In 2001, she volunteered her services for the rescue workers of the World Trade Center in Manhattan during the 9/11 tragedy. Dr. Bardini has published articles in national and international journals. She has lectured at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine, The Swedish Institute in New York and The University of Westminster London UK. She currently holds a position as an adjunct clinic supervisor at Pacific College of Health and Science’s New York Campus.
Dr. Bardini is also an award-winning radio personality in the New York metropolitan area, who currently hosts a Saturday morning music program on WFUV 90.7FM, an NPR affiliate.
